I believe that the time has come for all small businesses to evaluate the Internet as another marketing tool to put their wares in front of the public (have you seen any kids reading newspapers?) in a convenient way.   Although there is no formula that can be applied to say that $1 spent to put up a web site will bring in $1 of revenue, there is truth in the statement that a lot of people use the web to search for products and services.
